Our  mission is to serve and advocate for the sick and the needy to improve quality of life. We put this mission into practice in part through community health programs, pain control and cancer care. We provide outpatient care and home-visiting care.

Dr. Wakiko Inaba,M.D.(Dr.Wendy) was born in Hokkaido,Japan. She graduated from Asahikawa Medical College in 1989. She is a JSA board certified Anesthesiologist. DR.Wendy's family  moved to California 30years ago. Then, Dr.Wendy came back to Japan to practice medicine  10 years ago. She loves to serve the community in Japan and other countries like Africa.
